The Edinburgh Singers' season finale was a performance of
Elgar's epic "The Dream of Gerontius",
widely regarded as his finest choral work. Conducted by
Alistair Digges, the choir was joined by soloists
Ben Johnson (Tenor), Katie
Schofield (Mezzo-Soprano) and James
Arthur (Baritone), and an orchestra of players specially
assembled for the night.
